I wanted a company that I could trust, and after seeing the ‘BBC DIY SOS’ logo on the page, I decided to use Vantage. The surveyors were extremely helpful in deciding on my requirements. The 3-man team who did the work, were brilliant and did an excellent job, though I would have preferred Classic FM on the radio… They worked together as a team and not as individuals. Upon noticing signs of water coming through a flat roof I contacted Vantage Roofing. Within 10 days I had seen a representative of the company and agreed the work to be completed on a date I picked, the scaffolding arrived, the team came to fit the rubber roof, the scaffolding came down….job done, all within 10 days. The team of roofers arrived early on the appointed day. They completed their work professionally. They were polite and no loud radio playing. They cleaned away any mess. To summarise this was an effortless, stressless roofing experience!

Vantage Roofing recently carried out a number of significant improvements at our Edwardian terrace house to our complete satisfaction. The whole rear of the property was repointed, new leaded covering to two bay windows was installed, new limestone paving was laid to replace existing slabs and a garden wall was re-rendered. The work was carried out efficiently and all of the teams involved were punctual, professional and respectful of our property. The work was effectively monitored by senior staff, and any snags that arose were dealt with promptly and with full consultation.

Vantage Roofing installed a new roof for us a month ago. The process from the initial survey by Mark through to the installation went very smoothly. Gary and Andy were courteous and friendly. They explained clearly everything that they were doing. We were impressed that the owner Our Former Director visited in person several times to see how the work was progressing.

Needed the main roof to our home replaced (original roof from 1930) and we’d used Vantage Roofing to replace a flat roof to our garage earlier this year, so knew the quality of workmanship they provided. From the pre-sale inspection and advice (photos taken to clearly show the issues with the existing roof and explanation to the works required), through to the installation of the roof and post-installation inspection from their PM to ensure the works had been completed satisfactorily, we couldn’t be happier. On top of this , a good guarantee is provided and liaison with the local authority to confirm the works are in compliance with the relevant Regs. We’d highly recommend Vantage Roofing.
